A long-awaited collaboration with Kensington Sinfonia, Tapestries features a new trumpet concerto by Evan Ware; Tapestires, a double concerto for trumpet and percussion by Chris Sies, and Mark Limacher’s piano concerto Ruminations. Jens Ibsen’s Overdrive is expanded for string orchestra on this album of premiere recordings.
